Every interaction is real-time, face-to-face, and built around a subtle, believable scenario.
Here’s what happens on a typical job:
You’ll receive a client brief with background, goals, and the scenario they want reenacted.You’ll have a 10–15 minute FaceTime or phone call with the client the day of (required). This gets the vibe right, makes the interaction smoother, and reduces awkwardness.You’ll meet the client at a public social setting of their choosing.You’ll approach them as someone from their “past.” The interaction lasts about 2–5 minutes.You exit cleanly. The client stays behind with a confidence boost and an opening to tell their story, whatever that may be.You’re not there to perform. You’re there to validate. Quietly, strategically, respectfully.What You’re Paid (And How You’re Protected)
We believe if we ask for excellence, we have to pay fairly and protect your time.
$150 per completed job$25 per job completed by someone you refer (another contractor, up to 20 jobs per referral)If a client cancels within 24 hours, you receive $75 partial payIf a client no-shows or cancels on-site or under the 24hr window you receive the full $150. We value your time.You will always know the location, timeframe, and scenario ahead of timeIf anything feels off, you’re empowered to exit safely—and we’ll back you.We built our cancellation penalty system to protect you, not us.
When clients cancel, we still pay you, even if BYOB eats the loss.

Envoy Track: Trusted contractors will be promoted to Envoys—regional leaders who help train, onboard, and expand in new cities. Envoys will receive employee pay, not just contractor bonuses.Stock Option Pool: Once legally secured, select early contributors will be offered stock options tied to performance and longevity.Referral Bonuses: You’ll be issued a custom QR code—any contractor you bring in who completes a job earns you $25 per job (up to 20).We also plan to roll out client referral bonuses (e.g. $10 per client you bring in).Future Roles: Some of you may eventually run full regions—handling training, ops, even performance review systems. This isn’t fluff. We’re designing for scale.Our Vetting Process (and Why It Matters)

A short but psychological application (already live)Situational questions designed to test emotional intelligence, not just improv skillA behavioral health consultant will be helping us shape our onboarding protocols soon. (yes, really)We’re building an After-Action system—where you and the client both provide feedback, so we can track what works, what didn’t, and keep improving.This is serious work.
